The 3D Printing & Design Alliance Team's mission is to educate, support, and guide IU students, faculty, and staff, regardless of background, to gain a greater understanding and appreciation of 3D Printing and Design in an efficient, meaningful way that is easy to understand and sparks creativity, while building a safe and inclusive community.

Hi I'm Lindsey Kitchell and I’m the lead intern for the 3D printing and 3D design Alliance team. Our goal is to teach IU students, faculty, and staff about 3D printing and 3D design and we want to help individuals at IU engage with this exciting new technology and find ways that they can apply it to their interests and career goals. We hope to increase interest in 3D technology and show everyone that this is an attainable skill that you can learn on your own. By teaching introductory workshops on 3D printing and 3D design we hope to show students at IU that they are capable of learning and using this technology and we hope to grow interest in 3D technology across campus.

Hi! I'm Sarvani Polisetty. I am a 3D Printing and Design Intern and am a HCI\/d Masters student at the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering. I also a user experience designer who likes to design with focus on ethics and sustainability.

Leanne is IU’s Digital Engagement Librarian and manager of the Wells Library Mini Makerspace. She is passionate about creativity and play in higher education and has a background in film production and graphic design.
