Project Description
In this project, students will work on (a) learning methods to analyze radiology and pathology images (b) evaluate and develop AI methods to identify useful patterns associated with disease (c) work in a highly dynamic and interactive lab consisting of biomedical engineers computer science students and clinician researchers. Research can be performed remotely,
Technology or Computational Component
Students will work in Python environment using computer vision, machine learning deep learning libraries. In addition students will use HPC compute clusters to perform experiments.
