A team of faculty researchers that includes CEWiT Faculty Leadership Team member and Associate Professor of Digital Art Margaret Dolinsky recently won one of the two inagural Outstanding Faculty Collaborative Research Awards, jointly offered by the Office of the Provost and the Office of the Vice Provost for Research.  The new award was created to recognize collaborative faculty teams for their accomplishments in research, scholarship, and creative activities.

Dolinsky and her teammates, Associate Professor in the Jacobs School of Music John Gibson and Class of 1968 Chancellor's Professor of Biology Roger Hangarter, won for their project, "Plant Sensibility," in which they merged imagery, musical score, and scientific data to create exhibits that engage public audiences in deeper appreciation of plants.
